Spirits are naturally intangible and invisible, as such they can phase through solid matter unfazed. However, it is possible to make the user's body tangible enough to touch physical objects, but it requires them to feel an immense amount of anger.
A spirit can stick its hand through a living person to render them temporarily unconscious.
